# DEX

## DEX Overview

Point DEX is a robust and user-friendly platform for trading your newly minted points. Based on the Uniswap V2 protocol, it offers a familiar trading experience with the added benefit of specialized pools for point tokens.

**How to Trade on the DEX**

1. **Select the Token Pair**: Choose the points token pair you wish to trade.
2. **Enter Trade Amounts**: Input the amount of tokens you want to sell and see the estimated amount you will receive.
3. **Confirm and Trade**: Approve the transaction and execute your trade.

**Fee Structure**

* **Trading Fees**: A small fee (1%) is charged when assets are traded to award both liquidity provider and $POINT stakers.
